This old house located in one of the alleys of the historic town of Piriac sur mer is typical of this small town of character.
Located in the pedestrian zone, in the heart of the village, you are 2 minutes walk from Saint Michel beach, the Port and shops. You will stroll through the alleys on your way back from the beach, branch off by the port to enjoy the entertainment before reaching the house and its pretty garden. Charm and authenticityguaranteed!
The house consists of a living room, a kitchen, a shower room / WC on the ground floor and two attic bedrooms upstairs. One of them closes with a curtain. It has a very beautiful flower garden, enclosed by stone walls, particularly pleasant in summer after the beach!
It is a very comfortable house and very pleasant to live in, you will find everything you need.
You always have access to the house with your car. In July and August you park on the market square located 200 m away, the rest of the year very close to the house.

We had a brilliant short stay at this lovely property. The facilities were excellent, and in particular we enjoyed the spacious garden and being close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We'll definitely be back, and we couldn't recommend this property highly enough. Thank you!
