Located within the private Palmetto Dunes Resort, this third-row beach home comfortably sleeps 10, with a spacious pool. And best of all -- a beach path leading right out of the backyard just steps from the ocean, without ever crossing a street! Perfect for families and large groups, special occasions or 'just because' getaways. We hope you'll share the experience with us as we build new memories into the history of this wonderful home away from home.

Our home has a spacious, open concept living area with vaulted 2 story ceilings, complete with a comfy wrap-around couch to fit even the largest families while viewing our 55'' flat screen Smart TV on family movie night.

Cook a delicious family meal in our newly renovated kitchen. Enjoy it together in our dining room or move outside to the screened-in porch or deck overlooking the large pool area on a beautiful South Carolina evening.

On the first floor, you'll also find a comfortable bedroom with twin beds for the kids and access to a full bath. This unique bath can also be entered from the main living area and screened in porch. Across the hall is a master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bath. All of the bedrooms have flat screen Smart TVs.

Stepping outside, enjoy our elevated deck with a view of the private and spacious backyard area with a large, piano shaped pool. The pool deck is equipped with plentiful patio furniture to enjoy comfortable days in the sun.

Moving back inside, walk up the open staircase to two bedrooms with king size beds, en suite full baths and 32' flat screen Smart TVs with beautiful views overlooking the pool and backyard.

For beach lovers and families alike, the highlight of the property is the direct, backyard access to a semi-private beach path. Just a minutes' walk and you have arrived to the beautiful beach without ever crossing a street! Take advantage of the 100 yard walk to the beach to witness the picturesque Hilton Head sunrises and sunsets. When you return, rinse off at the outdoor shower and take a dip in the pool.

Take a short walk down the beach to the newly renovated The Dunes House beachfront restaurant and bar to enjoy a drink, a meal and some live music. Ride bikes on the beach or take a trip to the General Store to enjoy some soft serve ice cream. Need a break from the sun Enjoy your beach read on the covered front porch complete with porch rockers.

Just a short ride away you will find many different activities. In the resort, there are 3 critically acclaimed world class golf courses for the golfers in the family. Adjacent to the golfer's paradise you'll also find plentiful tennis and pickleball courts as well as direct access to 11 miles worth of man-made saltwater lagoons. Enjoy kayak and canoe excursions, as well as chartered fishing trips to catch the massive redfish and elusive tarpon that call the lagoons their home.
