Stayed Jul 4, 2025Never received access key to get in the property, tried to reach host and couldn't. Reached out to VRBO via chat since we were on vacation and I didn't have my computer nor did the 800 # provide us anyone to physically talk to anyone. We chatted for an hour and a half to get no where. Talked to neighbors trying to get information for the host to no avail. Drove from NC to Alabama to have no were to stay. I received an email 3 days prior to my stay and it said that I would receive an access code on the day of my reservation. I never received anything.
