Provincetown, Massachusetts
This wonderful, 2nd floor 1 bedroom condo at the historic Bull Ring Wharf is now available for vacation rentals. The space is mostly open allowing for the views to dominate. The Living area has lovely, plush built in furniture including a couch and 2 banquettes all with overstuffed cushions and fluffy pillows providing a perfect perch from which to watch the sunrise and the back side of the sunset. The bedroom is positioned to also take advantage of the expansive and unobstructed Bay views.
The renovated cook’s kitchen features a Viking gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and all the cooking supplies you need to make a gourmet meal at home when you feel like staying in. There is a dining table with seating for 4-6 at which to serve your feast inside or move outside to your own private deck furnished with a table and chairs as well as the folding lounge chairs provided by the owners.
When you are feeling social, the association has 2 common decks with tables and lounge chairs and multiple gas grills for everyone’s use. The sandy, calm bay beach is just beyond the decks so swimming, walking and beach combing is right outside your door. Right on the beach but only a two minute walk from the heart of Commercial Street with all its restaurants, shops and galleries.
The Owners have a wonderful collection of books and games for your enjoyment. There is a window Air Conditioning unit to keep you cool on warm humid days and baseboard heat for cooler times of the year. There is a wall mounted Television in the bedroom, one assigned parking space and many bike racks.
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. This is the Owner's home and in a quiet building, please do not plan a large gathering.
One of the most relaxing vacations we’ve had in ages! The condo is perfectly sized, exquisitely located, and the view cannot be beat! We fell asleep to the waves lapping on the shore and enjoyed morning coffee from the private deck. It truly was a perfect getaway!
Our condo was wonderful! Centrally located off Commercial St., the condo was well equipped and comfortable. The private deck was great to eat meals as you watch the sail boats pass. We had a wonderful week! Thank you!
The unit is overlooking the bay in the East End. Very convenient and easy to have a fun week in Provincetown.
This property was perfectly located next to the beach and off Commercial Street. So whether we wanted to spend the day lounging at the bay or window shopping Provincetown's many arts boutiques, we could do either with ease. This was especially important since my mom uses a walker and can't travel long distances. The apartment itself was quite stylish and well laid out with comfortable, designer furnishings and a deck with a high top table and chairs for outdoor dining overlooking the ocean. It was quite expensive compared to some of the other choices. However, I'm glad I splurged for this special trip with my mom who hadn't been able to go on vacation for over a decade.
One of the nicest places my partner and I have ever stayed in P-town. Highly recommended!
Plenty of room, great view of the water from our private deck, great sitting area and kitchen. Close enough to everything and far enough away when the party went into the late night. Thank you!
I’ve been to P-Town 20 summers and I really enjoyed staying here. The view and the private deck were wonderful. Location is great just a short walk practically anywhere but away from the hubbub. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The deck door can be hard to open and needs adjustment. The only improvement I’d make is to add a large flat-screen mart TV in the living room to the right of the door out to the deck. Would be great to watch a movie on a rainy day.
Cozy and well-appointed unit with a beautiful view and a private balcony. On Commercial St, this is in the center of all kinds of food and shopping (Scottcakes!!) and yet quiet and relaxing—particularly in the morning, very serene. The tandem parking spot was a bit of an adjustment based on the vehicle we brought, but once we were parked, we were really able to walk everywhere. Had a great time and met a lot of friendly locals. Provincetown and the property are fun and awesome.
I loved this bay-front apartment. Very well designed and set-up for easy home cooking, the balcony overlooking the bay was EVERYTHING. The only negative was late night (10-11pm) chatter and music from area restaurants, but that is to be expected when in the heart of P-town, and was also a factor as the weather let us keep the windows open. The location was excellent, parking convenient, sunrises inspiring. Would happily return.
