Charming Duplex by Bottleworks Mass Ave in Historic neighborhood

Host was wonderful and responsive. House was clean and larger than we thought it would be. Excellent location as well. We look forward to coming back on our future trips to Indy.

This is definitely one of the best VRBO rentals yet. The place was perfect for our stay while in Indy. The neighbor hood was walkable, and very safe. The house was amazing. It's like it told its own story. Our host was absolutely amazing. She was quick to respond, very nice and went above and beyond to accommodate our group. Everyone slept great as the beds were clean and comfy. This place did not disappoint.

We were a quick in and out to Indianapolis for a wedding and my family of six stayed in this lovely Vrbo. If you we ever have a need to stay in Indianapolis again, we would not hesitate to rebook this home. It’s well equipped, extremely clean and very comfortable. And we were right in the downtown area where the venue was walkable from our place. Couldn’t have been more perfect! Communication was great with the house and there was nothing we were lacking for a quick stay

This place was GREAT! Super clean and quiet, close to where we were having our business meetings. It even had a pool table we enjoyed one night. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very charming located in a safe, walkable historical neighborhood with shops and restaurants close by. The hosts were so helpful and kind. We had a very nice weekend. I would highly recommend this rental the next time you are in Indianapolis.

Came to town for a Fever game. Great proximity to Gainbridge and restaurants and bars within walking distance. Only thing that would’ve been nice was a handrail up steps to porch and downstairs to basement for better access. Sister are 73, 67, and 61 so not young chicks anymore lol.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Indianapolis! The house was cute, very clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The layout was great, and the main bedroom was especially big and spacious. Our group enjoyed playing pool together, and the rain showers were such a nice touch.The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to The Garage and all the amazing restaurants and nightlife on Mass Ave. This was the perfect spot for our friends' trip, and we’d definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful, great location! Easy to drive in or take a scooter into downtown. Restaurants near by.We had 6 people -- it was super comfortable, with a full kitchen that we made good use of. The rooms were spacious and all the furniture was super comfortable. It was the best VRBO we ever had!10/10, would recommend and stay again!

Incredibly clean and maintained just like I maintain my own Verbo house. Really big and spacious great for our family.

The property was clean and very well stocked in addition to being beautiful and well located. The pool table was a huge hit with the whole family. We're from Florida so my kids LOVED being in the basement! With a living room, bathroom and bedroom, the basement was a great hang out spot. It was a 4 minute walk through a lovely neighborhood to The Garage Food Hall - full of great dinner options. We would 100% stay here again!

We stayed only one night but wish we could have stayed more! Room enough for the four of us, including a basement room where my night-shift worker son could stay up without keeping the rest of us awake

We so enjoyed staying for a weekend getaway! The house is so close to everything and we loved the setup! The big table in the kitchen was perfect for hanging out and playing cards, the beds were comfortable, and it was easy to make yourself at home! Great to be within walking distance to The Bottleworks because parking there on a Saturday night is tough!
