Easy access to the beach. The deck was amazing and really enjoyed the outdoor shower. Would recommend to friends.

The listing does not do the beach proximity justice, we were so close and could see the ocean. It was such an easy walk to the beach and not a far drive from any restaurant. The 4th bedroom being separate from everything else was also very nice, definitely a great multi-family rental. The kitchen is decently stocked and the whole place was clean.

We moved to a different rental . Very disappointed in management my grandson slipped on a vinyl backed mat and got banged up pretty good in first 5 minutes we were there. .... then we spent the week being belittled and harrased by management...its a shame cuz the house was ok . I twisted my back on another mat but dare not complain after we were belittled over teporting my grandsons injuries ( i had plenty of pics ) The master shower was old and very small with cracked grout...there no grill ( mangement said because uts a hazard ...they had a ½ acres backyard so that was bull )...the bed looked old but was super comfy. The cleaning service was great. Management was the worst Ive ever seen. We travel with work and rent at least 1 week a month (this trip is for 6 weeks and we wernt staying there thats for sure. I feel bad for the owners because this has nothing to do with them ) ... management was the worst!!! The kids just wanted to go home.

We loved the proximity to the beach and the great ocean view. It was very quiet and well appointed. The downstairs suite was very comfortable but was not accessible to the upstairs from the inside. This would have been helpful to know about no entrance from the inside because we had to change our sleeping arrangements so that our grandkids wouldn’t be isolated from us.

Location was walking distance to beach and local restaurant. However, there were a few issues with cleanliness. Found cockroach, mold on the shower curtain in the bathroom and dust caked on air return vent in living room, don't think its been cleaned in awhile.

The house is filthy and has black mold in the lower bedroom closet along with possible black mold in the upstairs hall bathroom. I would not recommend this property to anyone and needs to have mold remediation along with the possibility of damage to the pilings which makes the floors very uneven. Very disappointed in a property that we paid over $4500 for. We have been in contact with Turnkey and are requesting a compensation for the numerous issues that we dealt with during our stay.

We loved it. Would stay there again for sure.
