Charming Downtown Denton 4 bed/2 bath home that sleeps 8

The old house was fun and we enjoyed our stay. I understood that pets were welcomed. That’s fine by me too. However the floors and especially under furniture was covered in pet fur. I think a wet mop would have taken care of it. Also the oven was very dirty and the controls didn’t work. Time for a new one. No extra paper towels were available either. It is in a good location for walks to town. The town was fun to experience.

We loved the house! Everything we needed was available and easy to find. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for letting us use your house and for being so hospitable.

Perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants and easy drive to Dallas area attractions. Park close by to walk dogs. House was roomy and everything you’d need to have a pleasant stay. We’ll be back!

Really enjoyed staying here. It has everything you need and is in a great location to walk to downtown Denton. Plus the smell of BBQ outside is outstanding due to there being a BBQ eatery on the block.

We loved our stay and this house was a great first VRBO experience for our brother and sister-in-law who joined us for our stay in town to celebrate our aunt's 100th birthday. Not only was as the house nicely decorated and spacious, but the beds were comfortable, the extras like snacks, pet bowls, a reverse osmosis water filter, and high end sheets and towels were greatly appreciated. We loved the location, close enough to everything near the square but not so close that you have to hear all the live bands all night. The house was also well insulated between the rooms, so we didnt have to hear my brother-in-law snore. We will definitely be back if we have another trip up with family.

We had a fabulous time staying here for a family trip! 4 bedrooms have ample space for multiple family members — nice crib for our 2 year old! Plenty of toys and very kid safe space. We loved it!

It's all about location when you're there to hang at the square. This property for all of us comfortably and we had a great time.

We all came into town for a baby shower. The house was perfect for visiting and prepping flowers and food. Very close to the Sun and Moon venue that was used for the event. So nice to each have a room to come back to. Had a great time walking to town for food and shopping.

This property is a great place to stay in Denton. Close to many restaurants and a short walk to town center. Beds are comfortable! Amenities are plentiful. Well definitely be back and will be sure to recommend it to all of our friends.

Spacious house with fenced in backyard, perfect for the pups. I appreciate older homes and all the character within. This house did not disappoint. Quiet neighborhood, close to Quakertown park, and we ended up walking most places (we love walking)!
