Stayed Dec 19, 2025Great for pets. Back yard kept them busy. King bed was comfortable queen bed was to tall and couldn't get into it. Very close to downtown and speedway but not a problem. Nice neighborhood and would stay again.

Stayed Jan 2, 2025House was great and worked very well for us. One thing I would say is that bedsheets are fairly worn out and need replaced.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Make sure you feed the koi! Also, the way that the shower head turns on was not obvious to us, you need to pull the ring connected to a faucet. It would have been nice if there was a binder with all of the info necessary stowed away somewhere. But the house itself is incredibly charming, and the vacasa texting service for problems/issues needs some improvement. Also, we stayed with four people for about 5 nights and were only given two rolls of toilet paper. Idk, could have used more. The property manager tried her best to helpful, just DO NOT try the texting service because it is not very effective. Just make the phone call if you have any issues.

Stayed May 8, 2024This historic old home was wonderful with charm, decor, comfort, amenities, gorgeous front and back patio areas. Comfy beds and furniture; the garden ambience was incredibly tranquil and relaxing. Close to U of A for graduation, and our family loved dining and birdwatching on the back patio and koi pond areas. Would stay again!

Stayed Mar 31, 2024My 18 year-old daughter and I came to visit my son and daughter in law who attend the U of A. We walked in exhausted and then ran around exploring like children. It is an old house but that adds to the charm and uniqueness. The backyard is a thing to behold. I could have spent my entire visit in the yard and been happy.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the backyard soooo much. We have 2 french bulldogs and it was perfect for them. Plus, there are great outdoor spaces -- covered porch, bar, native plants and gardens, koi pond and all is completely covered in pebble rocks. House is architecturally authentic to the early 1900's, which is fun. There's many beautiful older stucco bungalows in this neighborhood. We stayed nearly 3 weeks and learned in Tucson that it is nice to be near I-10 for mobility, which this home is. We hiked a different trail nearly every day of our stay and this spot seemed to be in the middle of driving access to all outdoor ventures and tourist spots. Also, the emergingly cool historic 4th Street District and U of A are very nearby. Being nearish to downtown, and like most big cities, there is some homelessness in the greater area (we never felt unsafe at this home), as well as train and auto noise during certain times of day. The outdoor fountain helped drown out noise. Overall, a pretty little property and location for exploring the area.
