Charming, cozy urban cottage by Como & MN State Fair with Renovated rustic den

We always turned down the heat, but hr or so later it would be cranked back up to 73 I think. Idk if the host did that in their end, or it’s an automatic thing. But it woulda saved the host money to leave it where we tried to set it. Pretty warm in the house. Made sleeping a bit difficult.

It was perfect in close proximity to the rest of the family for visiting. It was very comfortable, clean, and convenient.! thank youThe one thing I would change would be adding some railings to the outside steps for people with minor disabilities.

On arrival, we found dirty towels hanging on bathroom hooks

This place was great for our visit to the fair. We walked there and back. We would rent this again in the future. A note to any future guests, make sure you lock your vehicles, we had some items get stolen from car. Not the host’s fault, it could happen anywhere.

Overall great place to stay! Beds were comfy. Basement was updated and very nice. Lots of amenities! Sun porch was cute The living room needs updated furniture it had some stains and was uncomfortable. I would stay again if visiting the area.

The neighborhood was peaceful and family oriented, we enjoyed walking to the park. The kids enjoyed the games and activities at the house.

Check in went well with great host communication. Furniture in the home is worn. Bathroom rugs are dirty and couch fabric is worn. The exterior door did not lock and when we notified the host they stated it wasn’t set to lock. All of the windows were unlocked and a few were left open when we arrived. With temps low 30s you can imagine how cold it was in the home after the first night. The rainfall shower head in the basement was the talk of the weekend. It was fabulous. Location was amazing as we could run/ walk to trails easily. A few other hiccups occurred while in the home, host was notified and fixed right away. The home still had alot of new purchase stickers, shipping packaging on cabinets, decor still in purchase packaging. Floor was extremely creaky. A few others in our party appreciated the soap and soda pops in the fridge. Property would be a great long term rental as well. Thanks for having us.

Our group of nine enjoyed the many different spaces and the original floors and interior design. We made dinner and used both the back yard and sun porch.

Very clean and comfortable property. Could use handrail on stairway and replace rug in dining area. (Edge was curled up and kept tripping on it-Senior group). Host very responsive to requests. Thank you.

Our wedding party stayed here the night before our wedding. Was perfect for hosting a small rehearsal dinner and getting ready the next morning! We had a great time staying here!

Didn’t spend much time at property as busy doing activities. Beds were very comfortable! Nice outdoor space but it rained. Spent most of time in porch area.

Adult review: Highly recommend! The home is spacious, has comfortable beds, fun games to play, a well stocked kitchen, clean, and is in a great location! The hosts were responsive and we would definitely stay here again! Teen review (4 girls): The ping pong table is totally fire! The layout was perfect for us to have our apartment of sorts downstairs. So many games and other things provided.

This was our first time staying at a Vrbo rental so was a little nervous & apprehensive about it but am happy to say I was very happy with the Chelsea Blue House. Every thing was very clean - especially the bathrooms. Lots of space to spread out & in a very quiet neighborhood which we love. We would highly recommend staying here!
