Charming, cozy cottage located 1/2 mile, or 3 min. walk to Kyle Field.

The house is very clean and super cute. Location to Kyle Field is amazing. The thermostat was an issue and could not keep the house cool enough. It was unseasonably, warm and uncomfortable.

Very cute/updated house close to campus. Well appointed with nice towels/linens. Great setup with enough beds, entertaining space and good basic stocked kitchen. Very clean. Plenty of parking. Easy check in / check out and hosting very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Great location to walk to baseball and football games. We stayed for an Aggie baseball game and it worked perfect.

The house was so clean and comfy. The location was great for my son’s Ring Day. The backyard was great for a small Ring Dunk celebration.

Our stay was most enjoyable. The home had all the charm of the original historic houses built in that error but with all the right updating -- new HVAC and bathroom fixtures etc. The beds and linens were super cozy and you could tell a lot of thought went into that area which to me in a stay away from your own bed is most important. Convenience to campus does not get any better unless you are staying on campus - very convenient. We will stay here again for sure.

We truly enjoyed our game day weekend playing cornhole and eating BBQ in the front yard before the game. We had three couples who fit comfortably in this clean and beautiful home.

My family came to A&M for a swim meet. This house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. The host was helpful and responsive.
