Stayed Sep 15, 2025We loved our stay in Matt’s house. He was great at communicating when we had questions. The house was spotless when we arrived. Ed’s are comfortable and having three full bathrooms was helpful. We all enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood is quiet with nice areas for walking and a close grocer store. The kitchen in adequately equipped - it lacks counter space for cooking for large go round but we didn’t need that

Stayed Aug 17, 2025The location was perfect with easy access to Laguna beach, Huntington Beach, and Newport. The pool was nice but the pictures on VRBO made the place nicer looking than it was. We had a blast and it was a good price but would probably stay elsewhere next time. Thanks

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Some things were a bit rickety. Railing into family room not stable and it could be a problem with little children and older adults. Kitchen was way too small for the 8 people we had to prepare food for.the bbq outside made up for it.

Stayed Apr 8, 2024We stayed at this home for the pool and the neighborhood and it was great. The heated pool was wonderful! Granddaughter loved it! Easy access to everything. Great eating areas inside and out. Plenty of space.

Stayed Mar 24, 2024We really enjoyed our stay at the Laguna Hills home. The house was clean and filled with all the amenities we needed. The layout of the house great, with plenty of space for everyone. We loved the outdoor pool area…but would have liked to have know about heating the pool ahead of time. We would have liked it heated when we arrived. Matt was great and very reachable. He responded quickly to anything we needed. We would like to come back to stay again. Thank You.
