Charming Cottage Near UNC with Pool Access

We stayed here twice in November and found it very comfortable and clean, spacious and perfect for two couples in town for the weekend. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment!

This was a great stay! Comfortable and spacious, great living room seating area. Perfect for relaxing. Quiet, safe neighborhood close to all kinds of food. We’ll be back!

Very nice house. Clean and well appointed

The Cozy Cottage was a clean well stocked home in a quick walkable neighborhood. It was close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

This house was just as described and in a location very convenient to both Chapel Hill and Duke. It was very clean and equipped with everything that one could need. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a perfect rental property and met or exceeded all expectations. Clean, well appointed with higher end furnishings, bedding and towels. This is not your typical Amazon/Ikea makeover. We truly felt at home. The owner was proactive with communicating and quick to respond to our questions. The neighborhood and property was quiet and offered great activities for our teens (basketball, tennis, swimming) a short walk away. Excellent centralized location and close to most anything that you’d be in the area for. I can’t recommend this enough, you won’t be disappointed.

We appreciate the 'extras' around the house. Quiet neighborhood and convient walking path to our family's rental house for family dinners. Host checked in to see if we were all settled in and was responsive when we found the garbage disposal was not functioning.Would stay there again.the the garbage disposable

The property was perfect! Two nice sized bedrooms and two full baths. 15 minutes to Duke and 15 minutes to UNC; the optimal location for us.Also, the communication was on point and concise. We will definitely stay here again if we're in this part of NC.Thank you!

This definitely fits the Cozy Cottage name. It’s updated and comfortable. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but communication with the property manager was very good. It needs to be stated in the description that the main BR has twin beds pushed together, not a true king size bed. Also there are no TVs in the bedrooms. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

Scenic with deer! yet in the heart of everything we needed. Clean, cozy, convenient. First stay in VBRO. Will not be the last.

This is an exceptional place for a getaway.It is spacious, had anthing you needed in the way of kitchen items. Nice touch with extra toothbrushes and razors.

We absolutely love staying in the cozy cottage! It fit our needs perfectly. It was clean, nicely furnished, including comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a dinner for seven. Two of the things we liked most were the location and the deer that visited twice a day. we will definitely stay in the cozy cottage for our upcoming visits to Chapel Hill when it is available.

Great vacation rental. Property is clean and well stocked. Thoughtful extras in case someone forgot a toiletry or two. Great location. Close to downtown Chapel Hill but quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the Cozy Cottage! The kitchen was well-stocked, the location is convenient to everything, Nichole was very easy to reach, and the neighborhood is wonderful for morning or evening walks... beautiful! We would stay here again!
