Charming Cottage: Minutes to Beach

Everything was great for our stay. All clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and restaurants and the beach. We highly recommend this property.

This cute cottage was the perfect size for two couples. It was a great area and easy access to Main Street for Biketoberfest. They had everything you needed to make coffee in the morning. Also had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. Check-in process was really easy and communication with the host was great. We would definitely book this place again.

I usually don't make reviews with a lot of detail, but our recent stay Charming Cottage in Holy Hill rates a detailed review!I booked this cottage about 5months ago. This is my 5th rental in 5 years using VRBO. I saw this place and immediately knew it was perfect for our 10-night stay for a convention in Daytona! The price was more than fair for the accommodations we received! Upon arrival, we noticed the beautiful welcoming landscaping, and the unique lime green door! The nicely decorated screened front porch was only the start! When entered the cottage, and we both said WOW! It is really something you'd see in a magazine! The decor is lovely modern country, with attention to every detail! Awesome couch with electronic lazy boy seating, an old (not in use) fireplace with wonderful items on the mantle. From the living area, the house flows right into a huge kitchen with literally EVERYTHING you need to create meals (except the food). There is a wine and beer service! Continuing through the cottage, enter into the laundry room and the second bathroom with, a huge shower! Huge washer and dryer and beach towels and pet towels available! Out back is a vinyl fenced backyard, a gas grill, a gas fire pit, Adirondack chairs and an outdoor table. All are covered from the sun. Inside, find a main bath with a tub which separates two spacious bedrooms with huge comfortable beds! Every detail is thought of, and the Hosts are awesome! Attention to detail!!! BOOK IT! The best ever!! 10

Great place to stay. It's close to everything in the Daytona area. The host thought of everything, from nice bath towels to leaving snacks, water and beer in the fridge. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Daytona.

The house was very clean. Everything was well thought out to make our stay there so nice. The extra little touches and kitchen items were extremely helpful. We will stay here again.

Very Quiet street and walking distance to Pictona. We came to have a beach getaway and enjoy watching the PPA tournament and playing pickleball. Location could not have been better. The home is an adorable cottage with great decor and very clean. The hostess has thought of everything possible that you might need from phone charges, restaurant suggestions, different pillow options, and wonderful feeling bath towels. We will definitely go back the next time we head to Pictona.

Debbie and Alexis are wonderful hosts. Communication from the time we rented and throughout our stay was excellent. We were in town for our daughter's college cheer competition and we shared the house with another cheer parent. Debbie and Alexis also own a vacation rental next door and three of our cheer parent friends stayed in their other rental. We loved that we could stay next door to each other. Their home is lovely and exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The home was clean when we arrived and the kitchen is well equipped. We were there for three nights and there was enough dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. For a short stay, it is very nice to not have to haul all of those things with us on the trip and to not have to go out and purchase them, either. There were cold drinks in the fridge to welcome us. They also included a guide with recommended restaurants, etc. We did not go to the beach since we were there to watch out daughter's competition, but it looks like it would be a very quick drive to the beach. The house was in a great location for us and it was a short drive to Ocean Center and Bandshell. The neighborhood is quiet, so we slept well. Our friend who shared the home with my husband and me was thrilled with our accommodations, too. I would not hesitate to recommend Debbie and Alexis' home and we would certainly stay here again.

A beautiful home, with character and comfortable updates. Located in a quiet neighborhood, near to all the things you want to do in Daytona. Responsive Hosts, well appointed kitchen which made it easy to call Hummingbird Haven Home.
