Stayed Feb 13, 2026The host communicates well via app. The accommodations match description described. However, there was a water issue to guest house that was disclosed 2 hours prior to our arrival. We were unable to use the water in the guest house location until late evenings. The Internet in the guest house is not reliable and did not have enough bandwidth to stream basic applications. At this price point, you are getting a great arcade setup in the guest house and good bed options. The kids loved the game room. AC works great. Disappointed at the rate per day relative to functional water & internet.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025The guest house was a wonderful way to accommodate multiple families on one property. The neighborhood is lovely and very walkable. We enjoyed all the amenities of this property and the beautiful oak trees added to the charm.

Stayed May 23, 2025Guest house was trashed when we arrived. Main house was great. Internet in guest house never worked and host made no effort to resolve.

Stayed Mar 6, 2025This house is set up so well between the main house and guest house. Between the two house you will have everything you need for a great stay! The kitchens have plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. The guest house is great with the arcade games and cool place to relax. Also the beach is just a 5 minute walk!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this location very nice and convenient. Just what we needed for my wifes birthday get away. We really enjoyed our stay its safe to say we'll definitely be booking again.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024The home and cottage was very clean and we could see the water from the porch. It was a quiet neighborhood. The cottage had old school games including pack man and a shuffle board. We have a son that uses a wheelchair and with a portable ramp no issues to get in the property. Bathroom facilities were not handicap accessible but we made it work with a little intuitive trucks. We definitely will book again Thanks

Stayed Jun 20, 2024There was an issue with the cleanliness of the house, but the owner made things right. Owners were very polit and respectful. There was no problem when it came to communication. Ideal location. Located just off the strip. I would recommend they hire a different cleaning service and do checks regularly, to make sure house is properly cleaned.
