Was filthy. Fence had 3 sides falling apart. Mold around tubs. No garage opener so we bought one. Talked to man and told we probably move out early. He said that since we were only using 1 of 3 bedrooms he would refund part of money. Told him when we left 6 days early. My huband painted floorboards and cleaned like crazy! HORRIBLE experience
