La Bastide Le Petit Clos is a Catalan farmhouse from the XIXth century, made up of three gites completely re-equipped in 2020. Located in a quiet and residential area of Perpignan, we are close to the beaches and the mountains.
The Paulilles gîte, with a capacity of 8 people, is composed of a living room with an open kitchen, 4 bedrooms with twin beds that can be combined for king size beds, a bathroom and a shower room. , 3 separate WCs. The tenants benefit from a private terrace with barbecue overlooking the Mediterranean garden and the shared swimming pool.
