Charming Centrally Located, 3 bedroom house!

This property was overall nice and in a good location. However, the listing states that there are smoke alarms in the home and there are none. Also, the oven did not work and gave an error code. When I looked up the error code for the oven model it said the house was not wired properly for the oven causing it to shut off after attempting to heat. This was very concerning since there were no smoke alarm and my family was sleeping in this house. Not to mention a lot of people book homes instead of hotels to have a way to cook for their families and save money. This was not possible in this home.

Very pleasant stay! Communication was great and location was great for our trip to Busch Gardens, the beach and the aquarium. Also close to airport. Thank you!

We stayed overnight and the next day before our cruise. The house was conveniently located and fit our needs.

This stay was much better than staying at a hotel! I wished the bathroom was a little cleaner. The towel rack was broken and the ceiling plaster was falling off. The ceiling was doing the same in the kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The big plus was that it was super close to the airport and the tvs were signed into apps for lots of choices.The price was very affordable, so would definitely consider staying again in the future.

We had a very nice stay at this small cute house! There was a group of 9 of us, so it was a full house but our host was very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating for our group! I will say, the house doesn’t have a good sitting area for a full house group, but if you’re planning on being out and about majority of the time, than it wasn’t really an issue!

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were cozy. Plenty of room and well-stocked kitchen.

Exactly as advertised! Neighborhood was quiet and convenient to what we needed. The guys played in a senior softball tournament. Enjoyed staying here.

The house is just as described. For the price, it is a steal as Tampa area can be pretty costly! It’s such a cute house and they have all kinds of things you may have forgotten for use. The space is great and the decor is just so cute! The beds were probably the worst beds I’ve slept in though so be aware that you will wake up stiff and not well rested from the amount of creaking they do all night. Also, there was no WiFi information or checkout instructions so we did what we thought and hoped for the best. Owners could communicate a bit more in that aspect in signs on the fridge or somewhere in the home if not in an email. Overall, it was perfect for what we needed - again, great for the price, and we would stay again!
