Charming Cedar City Retreat - Walk to SUU Campus!

My teenagers kids like the house and very cozy and quiet neighborhood,And we had a great time.

Great location and layout for our group of ten. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Very cool place, subtle and fun medevil type vibe. Responsive property mgr. But master bed was soooo sunken in and worn that we rolled into the middle into a flat, pulverized mattress. Couch didn't recline. TV downstairs is in kitchen cupboard. Fridge worked great but outdated, along with some some appliances that looked like college dorm.

The house was okay, needs a lot of maintenance and upgrades- kitchen appliances, dinnerware , cups etc. No nightstands in the bedrooms made it inconvenient. It was musty inside the house everywhere. We received the front door codes only after repeated requests. We had to drive around several times to find the property, no property board visible from the street. Very disappointing overall

Really cool place. My kids call it the Harry Potter House. Though it is more Shakespearean. But it has a locked cupboard under the stairs...so Harry Potter won. It does not have a pull out couch. So it only sleeps 9. Lovely Place. Great location!

Super fun property, the kids loved it. Great location to everything we needed to do, definitely will stay here again

Msrt bed mattress way too soft.

This property is very spacious, clean, easy to get to from the freeway and near so many activities for the great outdoors.The owner communciated timely, the checkin process was easily accomplished via mobile device and despite the outdoors being quite cold, the inside was warm and toasty. All the comforts of home while away, including wifi, TVs, comfy couches, dining table, kitchen accessories, and all other creature comforts.It has three rooms with each having their own bathrooms. This works very well for privacy of separating out kids or families. There is a BBQ outback that can be used as well. Very positive experience here with the owner, property and location. I would definitely return and use this location again. Thank you!

it was an ok place to stay. There was not really a family room to hang out in. The tv was in a cupboard in the kitchen and didn't work. Cooking for a family was hard with the kitchen utensil supplies. The master bed was really uncomfortable and the bedroom was really stuffy, we had no control of the thermometer as it was locked out. It didn't feel like a comfortable, clean place to hang out in our down time.

Very spacious, comfortable. Lots of room to hang out and relax, close to everything we needed!

We had a last minute switch into unit 102 which I believe is not the unit pictured but we did have a wonderful stay and Andy the property manager was super helpful and kind. The AC froze up for some reason, something about the thermostat resetting to a low temp, hopefully they get it figured out as it was like 90 degrees in the upstairs master bedroom. Andy brought us fans and was quick to respond to my questions. Definitely make sure that the AC is working properly if you plan on booking during the summer. The house was well decorated and in a great location, kitchen was super well equipped.

During our stay, those that stayed in the master bedroom were bit during the night and later found a bed bug. We reached out to the management team about it and we were right away told it looked too big for a bed bug despite matching every descriptor and image. The ones staying in that room spent half a day cleaning everything and ended moving to a hotel. The management company took two weeks to give us an offer of refunding the cleaning fee plus 10% off and were unwilling to negotiate any further. This was handled very poorly and I will be following up with VRBO about it. The space was adequately large for us, but some things seemed poorly cleaned (walking barefoot on the floors made our feet dirty).

My plans got changed around so i ended up checking in at a weird time. Having to call someone to check in isn't convenient and the only place that I had to do that. That being said, super neat property and would stay there again for sure.

Google maps had a hard time identifying the exact location of the property…the address was identified as an intersection, but we walked around the area and found the unit…it is located in the NW quadrant of the intersection. Very nice property with a lot of space and large area for gathering in and around the kitchen. Perfect place for our large family gathering of 10.
