Stayed Jul 11, 2025Highly recommend this beautiful cottage! It has every amenity we needed to be comfortable to go to the beach or stay at home for dinner and a game night. We loved the walkability and all the outdoor space esp the ocean view from the bedroom balcony! We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back again!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025The cottage was clean and extremely well-stocked with everything we could have wanted during our stay. The owner was accessible to us but didn't intrude on our vacation, and was kind and courteous in her communication. The home was so comfortable, we will return on our next vacation if it is available!

The owner is very attentive to details reflective in her decor, a fully stocked kitchen, extra beach towels/ beach wagon, plenty of suggested cape cod activities, and well described easy check-in and check-out process. The MBR bed was very comfortable. The ocean views from the MBR deck are spectacular. Quick and easy walk to the beach!!

Stayed Jun 17, 2023This comfortable condominium with all the essential amenities, plus some, made our stay so enjoyable. The beach is a short walking distance away and the grounds of the property are beautifully maintained. The Popponesset Spit is a natural wildlife sanctuary that is so beautiful and provided us a walking beach of 4 miles! It was a wonderful stay on the Upper Cape.
