Just ok. Could use a new set of sheets and new towels. Host could have been more helpful.

The house was very cute and cozy. Check in/out was very easy. Next time we stay in Modesto we’ll definitely rent this place again.

Although this location is right on Orangeburg Ave, we enjoyed our stay. It was close to McHenry where you had access to lots of restaurants. The duplex was clean and spacious especially the master bedroom. We felt safe and would stay here again.

If you are looking for a quick home away from home place to stay in Modesto this cute little house is the place you will feel happy you chose to stay at. Although it sits on a busy street there is a tall fence that blocks out the noise and makes it more secure in case of little children. It has all you need to make your stay here comfortableIt is really a clean home.

Great little place, spacious, set ups well with kitchen and bathroom needs, except for 3 people over 2 nights we needed 2 rolls of toilet paper - we ran out! Clean sheets, found a random earplug behind the bed but otherwise well maintained. I think possibly whatever soap and/or dryer sheet chemicals gave me and both my family members verrry bad allergies so I would suggest to use hypoallergenic soap on the sheets for other guests. The fragrance was very strong because could smell (not a bad smell but strong) when went inside. Had a little trouble with the locking of the front door but the cleaners next door helped us out - better instructions on the buttons world be helpful :) We appreciated the washer and dryer, and the french press! Very cute style and vibe. First night we had some verry loud (partying, yelling, fighting couple) which we thought this was a standalone house but its a triplex so we could hear every step reverbiate throughout the walls and floors. 2nd night was quieter. Street parking was on a really busy street people fly by pretty fast. Parking only in front of next door house. Very responsive host and great price.

Nice little small home for those who would like to have the comfortable home without being in a hotel or a motel

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and spacious. Great outdoor area in the back to sit and visit. Nice central location. We will stay again if we get back to Modesto.

This is our first time using VRBO and we could not have been luckier to have not only a clean, centrally located, and secure place to stay, but we also had a responsive and responsible property manager who made the stay even better. The kitchen and bathroom are clean, and the entire unit is nicely decorated and stocked with basic needs. The location is on a busy street, however, the parking is right in front of the unit. It is locked behind high fencing and gates, and the unit is secure as well. Did not feel unsafe, nor concerned about leaving our belongings during the day. I and my husband both enjoyed our stay and we commented on it being much better than a hotel or motel. The cost is totally reasonable too. Thank you, Ezra! We recommend this VRBO highly!
