Charming, Bright, Family Oriented Home w/attached roomy 2 car garage

I isually dont write reviews, however this one deserved one. To begin with we had to make last minute change and property owner was very flexible and accomodated the change. She went out of her way to make this happen. She is very friendly and available anytime. The arrangements were very thoughtful and each and every details were thought through. We were a large group, but arrangements were made for eye masks for sleeping in the bedrooms, slippers for everyone just like in hotels, basic medications and necessities. She really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. I would strongly recommend this place if you are a large group, excellent arrangements for a resonable price. Thanks Martha !

This home is perfect for a family to stay in. Spacious bedrooms, nice size living room and a nice deck and playground in the back yard.The home was very clean and nicely decorated. My grandson loved the play area.The host was communicative and quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen was fully furnished, and the spice cabinet was stocked with everything.If our family ever needs to stay in Anchorage again this will be our first choice. Beautiful home and quiet neighborhood.I definitely recommend staying in this home

Great fenced in backyard, big outdoor deck, good location, and wonderful views.

The Host was awesome! Lives next to this property and it was great to meet her. One of the best parts, she was canning moose meat and gave a jar to my brother in law. Very nice place!

This was such an excellent place for large families to stay!! We came in from WA state for a wedding and had enough room for everyone! The house was not only spacious, but also clean, beautiful and it felt like home (The play area for the kiddos was a special touch!). The owners were very gracious, helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again and again!

We were impressed with the size, location and cleanliness of the home. We had everything we needed for a great visit to Anchorage. All of the rooms were more than adequate for our group of 5 adults, much more relaxing than hotels.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a nice area and very quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and the kitchen had enough items for us to comfortably make a few dinners.

Stay was fantastic! It was close to all the great available places around anchorage, literally within a 15 minute drive. Room was so roomy it fit our large group comfortably and everything was clean and tidy. Thanks Martha and Steve, your home is beautiful.

We have a large family, and this was our third time staying at this property. The owners were very communicative and prompt in answering our questions. There were plenty of beds for our children in actual bedrooms without using the living room as sleeping space. Highly recommend!

Very clean, very roomy home. Well equipped. 10 of us stayed there for a graduation trip and we all had plenty of space. Very prompt communication from owner. Very helpful.

We had such a wonderful time here two years ago that we returned this year! Had a similarly excellent experience this year. Martha is an incredible host, even going out of her way to make sure we had the kitchen items I had asked about ahead of our stay. The play room downstairs is a favorite for my three year old, and he has been asking to go back to that house all year when he sees pictures from our last stay.

We loved our stay here! The rooms were very comfortable. There was plenty of space. The owners have a nice collection of spices in the kitchen to use while cooking and plenty of dishes. We loved the collections of Alaska books in the house; our party read many of them. I liked the fact there were kids games available (even though this time, we didn't have any kids with us). The owners were very easy to contact and very friendly. We didn't have any problems, but if we had, we've have been able to find them. Lovely neighborhood, we walked outside most evenings. Location was convenient to grocery stores -- just a couple miles away as well as a large wooded park. It was wonderful having a large family room to hang out in; much better than being in a hotel! Really nice place to stay as a homebase for an Alaskan vacation! I would definitely recommend the home!

This was a fantastic home for us to stay in. As we were getting ready for a wedding we had plenty of room for all. Even on the rainy day our bride and photographer took full advantage of great big windows and large living room. everyone was thrilled to be there.

Five of us had a great time staying at the property. The checkin process was keyless and simple. The property was clean with a lot of spaces. Owner stopped by to say hello. The property is located in a very good and quiet neighborhood, very close to the Far North Centennial Park. Easy access to places within Anchorage.
