Stayed Sep 29, 2022We were so happy for the cute little apartment. Love the Aviance and the little personality. It had all the amenities and then some. Refrigerator was not working. buy the second day we figured out. We unplugged it and it reset itself. Likely we had a cooler and left in the backyard. Parking was tight. but we manage.

Stayed Aug 20, 2022I’m not sure if I would recommend this property. We were locked out of the rental even though we arrived about an hour or so after check in time. We tried reaching the owner but we’re unsuccessful. We called Evolve and eventually they got in contact with her. Owner arrived with key to let us in and she was going to have keys made and return with them in a short time. We have no idea when she actually showed up because after waiting for more than an hour we left to get something to eat. It was not a good experience. The owner did end up buying us dinner to make up for the delay in accessing the house. The rental was very clean and well maintained. We did not care for the location only because there was so much traffic that it made it very difficult to get around. We were somewhat naïve re the location and should’ve done more research. That’s on us.

Stayed May 15, 2022House was very quiet & relaxing. Felt safe in the neighborhood. House had modern fixtures & appliances. Check in & parking info were clear & easy (which is sometimes hard to come by!). Host was very responsive when we arrived to find it hadn’t been cleaned, guess there was a mix up in the schedule. She offered to send someone over right away to clean. Only minor complaint-thought it was going to be closer to the beach based on listing. We had a great time!

Stayed Oct 28, 2021This place is absolutely adorable and perfect for two people. We had a little miscommunication in the begging but the renter was very responsive and solved the issue right away! We even accidentally locked ourselves out and she came to get us back inside with no complaints. The place was clean and in a good location tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Boston and Salem. We stayed for Halloweekend and drove up to Salem each day. It took maybe 30 minutes. Swampscott and the beach area are wonderful too and about a 5 minute drive. This trip was great and the place was exactly what my boyfriend and I needed for a great cost.

Stayed Aug 13, 2021My husband & I took a kidd free weekend for the first time in 8 years and this house was just what we needed. It was nice & cozy. We enjoyed how it was a short distant to everything, but still tucked away from everything. We will definitely be back in the future!
