Charming Blue Haven 2Bed,1 Bath Home Sleeps 8

Liked that it was close to Spooky Nook. Did not like beds too small - your ad says sleeps 8 no way Charged for 5 year old. Only 4 adults stayed and it was extra. Couches are awful. No extra blanket. Towels were towels I would throw away. No tv in bedroom. Just needs lots

Updated older home. Has everything u need for a multi night stay. Easy walk to convention, sports facility, River.

Less than two hours from taking my money and getting confirmation, I was sent an email notification at 130 a.m. on the day of travel that they had moved me to another property. A bigger property. Did not get to check my email as was on the road until arriving at the house to see people still in it. This is not a hotel, moving my family to another room is not the same as miles away from the desired location. This is a bait and switch scam. The property managers are purposely hard to get ahold of. I'm still waiting for money back on a house I did not get to stay in. They left my family and I stranded in the middle of OH, 5 hours away from home. This renter needs to be pulled from Vrbo and Expedia. Do not rent from them.

This is a very nice home. It is an older home that has been very nicely renovated. The home is two story, and the stairs are steep. Might not be a good stay for someone who has difficulty with stairs. Other than that I would recommend this home highly!

Great location if you have an event at Spooky Nook.House was clean and some updates (paint, flooring, washer/dryer). It is old, very musty smelling. We found spiders, big beetles, smashed spider on the blind in the bedroom. Dead beetle in the crock pot!!One dish towel which we went and bought a 3pk and left there for the next guest. The 2 loveseats in the LR have no legs on them so basically sitting on the floor. Bedrooms are all upstairs (very steep). Larger bdrm has a broken couch. One tiny little table to set your stuff on. No other table/dresser in any of the bdrms. Suitcase sits on the floor which who knows if spiders are crawling in it. One TV downstairs. Can opener is broken, doesn’t have a handle so couldn’t even open a can up! AC is blasting downstairs but hotter than blazes upstairs! Windows have green algae in the windowsill. This house could be super cute. Needs some work, unfortunately some new paint can’t cover up all the issues!! Also, all of the kitchenware, towels, etc look like they got at the dollar store. Host was very nice. The front door had spiders/cobwebs all over and we asked them to come clean and spray which they did right away.

Everything was great clean, good neighborhood, easy access to our event. Only two things, stairs were very steep and narrow steps and that was not noted in description of home, member of party has both knees replaced so a little difficult to maneuver.Also, communication referenced a good for information, there was no book just single sheets on refrigerator and back of front door

We were in town for the birth of my granddaughter. This place was a 5 minute drive to the hospital. The house was exactly as described. It had everything we needed.

First off, when I arrived I couldn't even get into the house! I called the number I was given & got no answer. When she finally called me back she said oh yeah, I changed the code & forgot to tell you. Secondly, the couch that was offered for sleeping was broken, Thank goodness we didn't need it! While we already knew the only bathroom was downstairs (the bedrooms are all upstairs) they failed to mention how treacherous the stairs are! They are steep & very skinny and my daughter fell down them the first day we were there. And lastly, we found numerous roaches! I messaged to inform her each time we found a new one (along with sending pics) and she did send her husband out to spray, but didn't offer to put us up somewhere else & only offered a 10% refund on our stay, which we still haven't received close to a month later! This was the weekend of the eclipse so everything was booked, not leaving us any options to go elsewhere. Never again!

Hello, The house was cute and the beds were comfortable. We really only needed to sleep there, but the one bathroom made it kind of tight. Just a few suggestions: Lamps that are a normal size and an extension cord in the larger bedroom so people could use it for a reading light. The window sills were dirty when we opened the windows, dead bugs blowing around. More storage in the bathroom to set supplies. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay and would recommend!

Overall good stay, clean house and close to downtown. Property manager was great. Location of neighborhood isn’t great and street parking was a little tough but overall a great clean stay. We recommend!

Had a very comfortable 3 night stay with my daughter and her friend for their basketball tournament. (There was significant train noise the first night, but we didn't notice any the other two) The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The house seems to be an upgrade relative to the neighborhood it's in. Although some of the buildings and houses in the area are in need of some care, we loved the proximity to downtown Hamilton and enjoyed walking around downtown. Great architecture and highly recommend True West Coffee Shop / Cafe.

Everything was clean and beds were very comfortable.

We stayed here for mom's sorority weekend at Miami University. Home is very cute - clean and stocked with necessities, beds were comfortable. While we did not spend time in the Hamilton area, it was perfect for our campus visit.

This house was perfect for my children and I! We contacted the owner last minute and she accommodated us so well! Price was perfect! All around great experience
