Stayed Jul 26, 2025Beautiful house but could have been cleaner. Dead roaches scattered throughout. Hairs in sink and shower. Countertops and microwave had food on and in them. My wife spent the first 30 minutes cleaning. Living area is smaller than expected. The 10 digit door code was problematic. The deck was nice and the location cant be beat.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025We loved our stay at this home. It was very clean and the location was perfect. Each room is very spacious with their own bathrooms. The only thing that could have been better was if the living area wasn't set up so awkward. You can't watch the tv from the angles where the couches are placed directly under, but if you're like us we go to the beach to be on the beach and not in front of a tv. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025The house is very nice and clean, but did notice a few dead roaches on the floor, then the morning we left there was a live large one in the shower...may be to spray for bugs.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024WE LOVED THE LOCATION. WE STAY AT DAUPHIN ISLAND EVERY YEAR. THIS HOUSE WAS NICE BUT WE DID HAVE A FEW ISSUES. THERE ARE CAMERAS EVERYWHERE SO FOR THIS REASON WE WON’T STAY HERE AGAIN. FELT LIKE WE WERE BEING WATCHED THE ENTIRE TIME. THE HOUSE BESIDE US HAD BURNT EARLIER IN THE YEAR SO OUR SAND WAS BLACK. BUGS IN ONE OF THE BEDROOMS AND THE KITCHEN. LACK OF HOT WATER IN THE SHOWERS. THE BEDS WERE SO HARD IT WAS HARD TO SLEEP AND PILLOWS WERE LIKE SLEEPING ON COTTON BALLS SO WE BOUGHT OUR OWN.

Stayed Dec 3, 2023This was a beautiful home but not for the cost we paid to have so many issues. No HOT water, NO HEAT! no water pressure and dish washer broken! I shouldn’t have to boil water so I can hand wash dishes when I paid for working amenities! And when communicating with VACASA they were not helpful. The property manager said he was getting keys and never came back or called. I really think I need to be refund some of my funds!
