Charming Beach home sits amongst huge Banyan Trees, walk to beach’s & Pine Ave.

Lovely stay in Anna Maria. Property was well stocked as if it were someone's personal home which is always nice. Extra spices in the cupboard, soap, sponge, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels - many of the essentials so you didn't have to spend additional money. Like the open floor plan of the kitchen and family room combo. The patio was a bonus although really only good for a couple to sit (if you came with more people). It was great to have use of the yard if you wanted. The location of the property was great. You could walk to the beach if you wanted and walk to town. Love that they provided some beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. We even were offered bikes to use. Happy to book our stay last minute and get great communication. They had extra blankets for the bed (which I like). Mattresses and pillows comfortable. Really appreciate that they had coffee available. My kids spent a lot of time lizard hunting in the yard. Overall happy with the short 2 day stay.

Very cozy home near beaches and shops. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. Our kids enjoyed the backyard hammock and we loved sitting on the porch drinking coffee surrounded by the banyan tree branches. We have never seen beaches this beautiful before! Would love to come again!

Great location. Clean. Needs some updating. Inconvenient coordinating use of laundry facilities. Kim and Stacy very nice to work with.

The house is right in the center of Amelia Island and is easily accessible to coffee shops, restaurants, stores and beaches. We enjoyed being able to walk and bike anywhere without having to use our car. The home was an experience in itself with its beautiful nature views, and its eclectic beach feel. We were very pleased with our stay.

Spacious, eclectic, beautiful home in a perfect location to the best things about Anna Maria Island. Highly recommended! Would absolutely stay here again.

Booking was easy. We needed to add an additional day because our vacay started earlier than we planned. Kim was very accommodating getting us set up to arrive a day early. The house was easy to find. Nice loop around driveway covered in the shade to unpack. Getting into the house was easy. Instructions were clear. First impression walking in was that we were in paradise. The house was very clean, organized and welcoming. Everything you need is already provided down to the spices. We loved the beach vibe decor! The landscaping is beautiful with all the giant banyun trees. The location is great as it puts you at the north end of the island. We brought our own ebikes to scoot around the island. The beach and the shops were all minutes away. This was our first VRBO experience. We definitely lucked out with this property and the owner Kim. We plan to revisit on a yearly basis.PS-Thank you kim.

We had a lovely stay. It was 8 of us and we stayed for 3 days for my boyfriend’s birthday. The location is great, it’s just close enough to the beach. The house was clean and very nicely decorated. Kim communicated well, as does her property manager, which even helped us by getting us some paper towels when we ran out. The only thing I was a little disappointed by was that the property was missing the hammock in the backyard, but the property manager explained to me it was damaged with one of the recent hurricanes. We understand! It was a great stay, we would definitely go back.

Beach is not that close; house needs tender love and care; sofas need to be replaced; however decorations are cute and give a beach vibe.

Great location to be right around the corner from Pine Ave, easy access to all the shops and restaurants. We rented a golf cart that made it convenient to go everywhere on the Island. The place was somewhat dated with older furnishings, the rugs should all be replaced along with the sofa bed and chair. But the price was good for a short getaway. This was on the upper level which I did not see indicated on the listing and it made it a little difficult for my older mother but we all had a fabulous time. Great space for a family & we loved the outside porch for our morning coffee. Just know that it is very boho chic and could use some refreshing.

We enjoyed our stay in the house. The house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Its location was excellent with walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. There was ample parking. The owner's communication was excellent.
