CHARMING BEACH FRONT COTTAGE! C 30A BIKE/SHOP/RESTAURANTS!!

The location and view were excellent.During our stay, July 18-25th, the air conditioner wasn’t cooling properly, so we reported it and a technician was sent out. However, it wasn’t repaired, and we were hot and uncomfortable all week. Also, roaches were seen in the hall bathroom.

I stayed here 15 years ago, and loved it! Was very disappointed this trip. The house looks as though it’s not being maintained! Air conditioning does not work properly, and when we walked in and saw all of the fans, we were concerned. We could not get one single tv to work the whole time that we were there. The inside was not as clean as it should have been, the dust buildup on lampshades was disgusting. Towel racks broken, furniture all around dingy. Outside not maintained properly, furniture falling apart, and outdoor grill is disgusting. For the amount of money we paid for 4 nights, the upkeep of the property overall was not worth it. Very disappointed. Location is great, beach access doesn’t get better.

This house was amazing and the beach proximity being right outside the door was fantastic. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend with our family of seven and we had plenty of room and all the amenities you would need.

The place was perfect and it was exactly as described. The hosts are great. We hope to come back again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Annie’s song. The proximity to the beach was really important to us due to having elderly parents with us. This place did not disappoint. You literally walk off the deck onto the beach. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower as well as the upper deck. Plenty of room in the living room for everyone to sit and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of bed linens. We can’t wait to book this place again!

Second time here and loved it again

We vacation with son's family during fall break. Everyone enjoyed our stay at Annie's Song. We needed easy access to the beach and this location cannot be beat.

We loved Anniesong! Everything was perfect! We were blessed with great weather despite Milton going through the Gulf. The location ...the beach...two king bedrooms ...can't be beat!!!

We have stayed at Annie’s Song several times and LOVE it. Hidden little gem and full of great memories!

The short walk to the beach is the best thing about this property. There is not a covered patio overlooking the ocean. The description describes a beautiful garden in the front but that is not being maintained. The bunk room is a closet with 4 bunk beds with no air or fan. Thankfully we did not need that space but I think others should be aware of this as the house seems to be on the warm side. The bedrooms are tiny with small closets and one room without a closet at all. The television in the master bedrooms need updated and we never did figure out how to get them to work. The port hole type windows need to be covered as you can see inside the house and one faces the master bathroom shower! Could not believe this! The water has a funky smell. One of the couches in the living room sinks drastically making it very difficult to sit on. The bedding is dingy “white” making us feel as though it’s not clean. The ceilings are very low so if you’re a tall family like we are be careful of the ceiling fans. For $8k for the week and mostly good reviews I expected nicer accommodations.

Close to lots of great dining , nice uncrowded beach area to enjoy

We spent a week at Annie’s Song celebrating our daughter’s high school graduation with her friends. The girls walked to Rosemary Beach for coffee every morning. They spent their days on the beach and deck, and evenings in Seaside a short drive down 30A. We shopped in every little town and took sunrise and sunset photos. It was a dream come true.

The location is nice.

The pictures you see in the listing are from years ago. There is no cover over the deck. There is no open sky beside or behind the house because there are now 3 story homes on the right, the left and behind the house. There is no kids swing as the old pictures shows and the adult swing is not safe to use. There are and have been sand dunes and grass so it's not at all open like the picture shows. The listing listed a hot tub under popular amenities and there is no hot tub. The listing as since been updated as far as the hot tub goes but that was pretty disappointing when we arrived to not experience what the exterior pictures are showing and still are not showing. On a positive note, Ann was responsive which we appreciated when we let her know that the bathroom sink would not drain and the stopper was not working properly. Also the bathtub would not drain so it would fill up when taking a shower. And she replaced a broken bed frame in one of the bedrooms.
