Charming and cozy with a dock for your boat and minutes to the Beach

My family and I would gladly repeat that trip. Clean house and rooms, a nice pool, with a beautiful view of a canal.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. After booking this property, the owner contacted us the next day to introduce himself and answer any questions and contacted me again before our stay. It was very clean and everything we needed was avaliable. We enjoyed the pool. Our visit to Marco Island was great! Such a Beautiful Island! We are already talking about going back soon and recommended this property to family members to stay. We liked how the stores, restaurants and beaches were close to the house.

This was the perfect hidden gem for our family vacation. We loved being on the quiet side of the island. My son was thrilled he could get up, eat breakfast on the beautiful lanai and then hop in the pool. This is also one of the first rental properties that actually had blackout curtains on the windows, which I appreciate. Dave was thoughtful and communicative starting from when we booked. We would absolutely book here again.

This house was INCREDIBLE!!! This was our first time coming to Marco Island and this place was everything we could have asked for, clean, well maintained, perfect location, beautiful surroundings just everything was how we imagined! Owner is brilliant and very responsive if you need anything! We would love to return again!!!

Beautiful home, well furnished and well located for all your needs. Host is SUPER responsive and accommodating! Kitchen has the necessities. Rent or bring a boat (we did) for some fun fishing adventures. House was very clean, instructions clear. Neighborhood quiet and friendly. Pool was perfect and much needed for our stay. Highly recommend the house and the host! Can't say enough about how positive the host was with his communication!

Our stay was great! The house had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the beach and all the local restaurants. We truly enjoyed staying here. This was one of our families most memorable VRBO experiences. We’ve stayed in a number of wonderful spots both here in the US and also in Europe, but this home and the host made this house truly special. The home was very clean, and well appointed. We woke up one morning to dolphins feeding off of the private dock! The host was also very communicative and extremely helpful with the house and surrounding areas. I would suggest this spot to anyone who is looking for a special home in a beautiful corner of the world.

Beautiful remolded home ! We enjoyed the house very much making our stay in Marco fantastic. We felt right at home enjoying the docks and pool. Loved the location making it easy to explore the island. The home owner was very responsive and kind, we will certainly stay at the house again!

We just left and this property is fantastic! They owners were very communicative and great to deal with. We dealt with some remnants of hurricane Helene and they were so responsive and helpful. We loved staying there and would absolutely come back! The pool was great and the views were beautiful. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking on Marco Island!

The property was exactly as described and exactly what we needed. Great location and well maintained home. Dave was extremely communicative/responsive, and even dropped off some supplies that hadn't been there at check-in and would have been reasonable for us to purchase on our own during a grocery run. Highly recommend this rental. Most of the local rental inventory is much larger houses, so we were glad to find such a nice 2 bedroom rather than having to pay for a larger place we wouldn't utilize!

Overall, this was a very enjoyable experience. The property was exactly as listed, the owner was easily accessible, had detailed instructions and he was responsive to my questions. The neighborhood was quiet, the entire property was well maintained and the checkin process was simple.
