I spent four months last winter at Frank's charming casita. Beds were comfy, my two dogs loved the big grassy fenced in yard, the neighborhood was quiet, and miles of trails along the acequias were close by. Cranes and geese flew over every day, and sunsets at Sandia Peak were stunning. After the coronavirus hit and we were all asked to stay home, it truly was my refuge.
It went well
Just felt like home!
The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. The southwestern decor was awesome. Beds were very comfortable.
This house is just as it is advertised. It is a cozy and rustic NM style house. A TON of supplies...we didn't need anything extra. Frank was quick with communication and always helpful!!
Charming, whimsical and beautiful Adobe style.
Our stay here was amazing! The home and its owners are so warm and inviting; we wish we could have stayed longer. Out of all of the cozy blankets and comfy seating, the fully furnished kitchen (with a waffle iron!), and the abundance of card games and board games, my favorite part about our stay here was opening all of the curtains in the morning to let in the morning sun! This property has beautiful natral lighting, and for me, that is a huge bonus! We hope to return sometime in the future and bring our families! There is so much to see and do in this area; I hope you get a chance to explore!
The place is cozy, warm and just a delightful stay for Christmas. They even set up a Christmas tree for us and had cookies for our arrival. What a great place.
If you just need to be close to Balloon Fiesta Park, and don't really care what the place looks like, then this may be for you. The beds were OK, though small. The cable television needs updated to provide a something more than local channels (Not much beyond that) and not really a very nice area at all. Mostly trailer park. Furniture is a bit dated and old. But Ok and the owners are very nice.
This house is charming and comfortable and well equipped for a great stay. Frank and Bill were so friendly and accommodating! Can't say enough good things about this property or them. Very pleased and will look forward to staying here again!
