Community is great. Communication was good. The walls, carpet, and tile floor could use a good detailed cleaning. The shower head in the main master bedroom was molded but I cleaned it. It needs to be replaced though (a hand held shower head would be great for that shower). The water doesn’t get hot enough so maybe the hot water heater needs to be turned up. There were not enough towels or rags provided. However, the air works great and keeps up well to ensure the whole house is air conditioned. The pool was one of the cleanest I’ve had while staying in Orlando. Great job, pool person! The pool water was warm but that’s expected in the middle of summer. The house is a little farther than I’m used to for the theme parks but not bad overall considering you get away from all the crowd and the community is quiet and you can hear natures sounds.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO home with our family! The house was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the basic necessities. It provided a great home base for our trip. The neighborhood was nice, and there were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby for convenience. The only minor downside was some traffic getting to and from the Orlando parks, but it was manageable. Highly recommend for families!

We very much enjoyed staying at this home for a week while visiting Florida! My group included 6 adults, 2 couples and 2 singles, which allowed us each to have our own room and bathroom! Perfect amount of space for our group. Everything was as discussed with host or as mentioned in the listing! When we had questions for the host, they answered quickly. All the surrounding neighbors were so kind and easy to talk with. 30 min-1 hr commute to just about everything we planned to do. Would definitely recommend this home to my friends!

The house was very nice great size for our daughter and her family and the two of us. The pool and hot tan was wonderful I thought it was just right but everybody else thought it was too hot. The house was very nice but it did need some maintenance done. The entire house could use a coat of paint. You could tell it was well used. We would definitely rent the house again.

Great Location with a terrific pool and Hot tub. BBQ equipment near pool. Plenty of room for our group and near all the golf courses we played. Our Host was very responsive to the couple of things we needed and responded quickly. We will stay there again. Thanks Gabriel for everything.

Last year we did the Disney Resort thing. This year we tried this home. We were worried our two children would be bored not having other kids to play with but they loved it even more than staying at the Disney resort!! Clean home, great communication, and outstanding trip. Thank you

Info NOT in the listing: 3 of the 4 bedrooms are upstairs including the master. Game room is the garage and it is not cooled and smells like the garbage can. Someone has been storing the trash in it. Property needs some general maintenance. The dryer was not hooked up to the vent so it was blowing hot air into the house. I called and messaged the property mgr 4-5 times before it got fixed. If you plan to visit Orlando, plan for long commute times. It took us over 45 minutes each way for 5 days. The on ramp to Interstate 4 is extremely congested and frustrating to navigate. And there were no extra supplies in the house. We purchased toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels for the week because what was provided was inadequate for a family of 4. The bedroom TVs were laughably small and the beds were creaky and bouncy. The coffee maker worked however there was no coffee in the house. Aside from those gripes, our stay was very enjoyable. The house has excellent cooling. The pool was nice which the kids enjoyed. It is also in a gated community and the property has nice curb appeal.

This place was awesome. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping.. the pool and spa was nice to sit in after a long day at the theme parks. Would definitely recommend
