Charming 3BR/3BA Sandestin Home: Spacious Comfort, Golf Cart, Sleeps 6

It was very nice accommodations, would recommend to anyone. Only negatives were internet was terrible,called 3 times and they never fixed it. Last day said they were replacing outside unit. Golf cart was very dirty, I called and they said to send pictures,which we did.They did nothing. I had to get the hose out and scrub the seats and wash the rest of cart before we could use it. Kitchen window had no covering,could see through kitchen,living room and sun room from front yard and street. The unit was really great,these things were poor management of the unit

This property was everything we expected and more. The property was clean, spacious, and having access to all of the Sandestin amenities was a plus as well. The beach was a short golf cart ride away. The kids loved it! We loved it! Would definitely do it again!

We enjoyed the cottage for a long weekend girl's trip. The golf cart was key for getting around the community and to the beach.

Everything was just as listed! The area was so cute and the cottage itself was beautiful. Having access the golf cart was a plus! The beds were comfortable and each of our children had their own room and bathroom. We will definitely come back!

Trip started off a little rocky. Line to check is was very long, took about an hour to get checked in. Check in was at 4 so I expected the house to be ready by then but it wasn't. The house wasn't ready until about 7:30 but we went and had dinner and got groceries. After checking in we notice we needed to purchase a few more items such as dish washing liquid, coffee filters, trash bags, paper towels, ice. The ice machine on the fridge did not work. One morning I was woken up to banging on the roof and man standing on the deck. Highly disappointed. They were working in the roof at 8am. It would've been nice to be warned. All in all the house was a perfect fit. We had 4 adults and 2 children. House was nice and clean. Having a golf cart made it easy to get around the resort. Although a few hiccups I would re-book in the future.

We were looking for a stress free, relaxing get away and this definitely delivered. There was plenty to do with the kids at Baytown wharf all within a golf cart ride as well as in Miramar Beach in general. Cottage was better than advertised and we are hoping to get to visit again in the future!

Renting for family vacation/wedding (@Emerald Grande Hotel). Wonderful location to the venue. The family loved riding around on the golf cart to nearby shops and swimming pools.

We had a great time at this property. The house itself was as advertised; modern, clean, good location. We would definitely book again and would recommend it. Golf cart a big bonus. Few very minor gripes: FYI the Sandestin property as a whole is VERY big and spread out. If it's your first visit, it may take 1-2 days to really get the lay of the land. Were hoping for a few more basic amenities in the house itself also. There were very few shower/bath towels available (I think 1 each for the week), no coffee filters, ice machine in refrigerator did not work. There was also a really nice grill we were hoping to use at least twice, but it didn't even have a propane tank on it. Great property!

We absolutely LOVED this place! The house was nice and spacious, the balconys overlooking the lake were great to sit on and relax, and the inclusion of the golf cart with our stay was great and appreciated. Can’t wait to book another vacation at this property!
