Charming 3-bedroom waterfront house in OKI just steps from public beach access

Organized, clean, great communication, thoughtfulness and an overall feeling of staying at a friend's house. The location is great & the house is comfortable with great indoor and outdoor spaces. You can walk over the marsh and the canal, kayak right out of the backyard at high tide, and relax on 2 porches with comfy couches. The house is stocked with necessities and extras, and we had a great stay. Thanks for sharing your home!

The home was welcoming, clean, and such a great location. Close to the beach and lovely views of the marsh behind the house. Since it was early December when we visited it was chilly but Sunny a few of the days and we hunkered down on the rainy day. There are plenty of staples, dishes, cookware, etc for making meals. I would love to come visit again in early summer or fall.

Fantastic property! Loved being on the marsh, walking distance to Ocean Crest Pier, the king size comfy bed and outdoor shower! We will definitely be booking this house again in the future. The hosts were also super sweet and left a welcome gift, very thoughtful! This place was incredible, can’t wait to go back!

Charming home with great location

Wonderful location! The house is so comfortable and has everything you need. The beach is a short easy walk and the marsh out back has wildlife to view. Very enjoyable stay!

Pelican Sol is simply wonderful. I was jusr having a quick overnight beach stay and hit the jackpot with this rental. It's well maintained inside and out. Easy walk to the beach and the marsh is literally in your backyard. The owners were great communicators & had lots of top notch extra touches. I definitely plan to come back for a longer stay.
