Charming 3-bedroom waterfront home with pool

David was very prompt with any questions and concerns . Very nice comfortable place. This place had many supplies needed.i loved the back Patio near the pool . It was a plus. The mattress was very comfortable . I would highly recommend. Check it out . Thank you Dave for all that you do .

We've spent the last 10 years staying on Marco Island for the holidays, and this property is by far the best one we've rented. The property is exactly as shown, no surprises. The kitchen is very well stocked. There was so much seating and space, my family of 8, plus a dog, were very comfortable. The pool and outdoor area are wonderful. We had great communication with the owner, Dave. He was very helpful and kind. I very much recommend this property!

This home is lovely! We enjoyed the house and our time in Marco. The home is decorated so well. The views from the back porch are relaxing. And they even put up a Christmas tree!!!

Absolutely stunning home ! The house was equipped with everything and very spacious. 5 min away from Marco beach! Would def stay here again! The owner was responsive to any questions and concerns. 10/10

The perfect place to unwind and relax. We enjoyed our time there. The property was amazing and so close to everything. The boat rental recommendation worked out great and there was the perfect dock for the boat. The kitchen was VERY well-stocked and we had everything we needed.

This was one of our best vacations with our family. We were able to fish off the dock, had Dolphins visit us twice and enjoyed the pool

We had a wonderful stay! The location, the waterways, the pool and the beautiful sunsets all contributed a memorable and very happy time!

Clean house with nice layout, big lanai, pool, and large west facing dock along waterfront for beautiful sunsets. House was pleasantly stocked with essentials and had beach stuff available too. Rent a pontoon boat from Big Marco and they can deliver it right to the dock for you for a fun day on the water! Great communication with, and assistance from, house owner improved the stay, too.

Great place, well maintained and affordable

Stayed 3 nights for Thanksgiving weekend. The house is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood is very nice and well kept with beautiful homes.

We had an amazing stay at this property! Everything exceeded our expectations. The pool was fantastic, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The communication with the host was top-notch, prompt, and friendly. And the location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we needed. We loved every moment of our stay and can't wait to come back! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it ten if we could!
