Stayed Jun 30, 2025Great location and the house (duplex really) is modern and comfortable. Unlike other VRBO properties I've stayed in, it's less a 'home' and more a 'rental property' and the strong vibe one gets from the amenities is more 'how little can be spent to make this viable as a rental property' than 'what can be done to make the stay nicer for the renters'. Reasonable value for money but don't expect a 'homey' experience.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Little to no communication, even after being asked to confirm arrival time. We were asked to be available and at the home during a four hour time block for a last-minute AC unit inspection (there was no reported issue with the AC). Also, there is only one television in the home in the downstairs great room.
