Stayed Aug 30, 2025The house was just as described and extremely clean. Location was close to everything we needed. The only hiccup was the fridge did not have a working ice maker nor water dispenser, but the host made sure there were water bottles and ice in freezer. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Stayed May 15, 2025Everything was just right for our stay. Our party had five adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen allowed us to prepare four meals. The weather was a little too warm to take advantage of the outdoor space, but the backyard, porch to watch TV outside, and the fire pit seem like lovely outdoor living spaces that guest can enjoy. The neighborhood is convenient to many parts of Saint Petersburg and there’s a nice pond right next-door where you can enjoy watching ibises and ducks.
