Stayed Aug 30, 2025Ants all over kitchen counters so bad that they need an exterminator. Host blamed past renters. Couldn’t set items down on counter. Coffee pot didn’t work. Why not provide a manual with instructions for appliances? Host asked if we needed to add water. VRBO: The whole idea of VRBO is to stay where you can cook like you’re at home. You should visit these places once in a while to see if they are worthy of VRBO. This isn’t the first place like this. Only thing supplied in kitchen was coffee and sugar. No dish soap, spices. Washer and dryer but no detergent. Rent is high enough that house should be stocked.

Stayed Jun 1, 2025Obviously we liked it so came back. It is a good place to stay and was close to where we needed to be. There is one small thing of note, she requires the damage waiver. But currently she is cheaper than other properties so it is not that big of an issue for us. Just making aware so you realize the cost is more than what is listed.

Stayed May 26, 2025We needed a place to stay when my daughter was moving and chose here. It is as advertised. No surprises with home. Choose with confidence and will stay again if in BA. Some info not listed on VRBO: It is a no shoes house (if that matters to you, because some do not like walking barefoot). Also, owner did not send check-in info until day of - so do not worry if you do not get information 3-5 days prior to stay.
