Stayed Feb 6, 2026Very clean, dog friendly we were at a family event with a senior crowd and all was good. Our stay was only 2 nights when issues came up they were addressed on a timely manner. Good experience.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025Very comfortable and nicely laid out with multiple indoor/outdoor areas to gather, sit, talk or enjoy the big screen TV. Well located for easy access to most Melbourne and Island locations. Good kitchen and grill for cooking with a nice dining area. Large master bed/bath and 2 other beds/bath ideal for our family. There are 2 bikes and it is a short few block ride to the boat landings, tennis courts and park area. I can't say enough good things about our wonderful host, Teresa, who was so kind and responsive to our every need.
