Stayed Feb 2, 2025Property was very clean. It is a smaller space but worked for us. Neighborhood was quiet, neighbors friendly. Quick 10 minute drive to the beach. Restaurants and stores close. Only reason I might want to rent again is we had friends staying in Cocoa Beach, longer drive than we thought. But workable.
