Stayed a week over Christmas. Easy check in/out. Super responsive host. Excellent location to art museums, dining, shopping.
We had some medical issues with my Grandson that caused us to do a long term stay as he is in Strong Hospital. The location of this house is great . It is a very safe neighborhood. Easy access to 495. Wegmans is just down the road. The owners were very helpful and truly care.
Amazing location and ease of getting to wedding great.
House was very well equipped, clean and nicely furnished. Enclosed back yard was great with young children. Would rent again if in the area
Joel’s place is clean& nicely decorated, Beds were comfy , enclosed backyard and garage + additional space to park off the street were great! We were very comfortable there !
The house was just what we needed for a weekend in Rochester. Noel was responsive and accommodating. Would recommend and would stay there again.
It felt like home
We had a wonderful stay at this property! We have a three year old daughter and it was so lovely to have all of the bedrooms and a place for her to nap. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and the house was beautifully decorated and very clean. We would definitely stay here again! The host Noel was kind and very easy to communicate with.
We really enjoyed our time here. Our host was great and the home was very clean, comfortable and welcoming!
Area super quiet very peaceful lots birds. Convenient garage for your car and washer and dryer. Everything you need in the house. Supermarket just minutes drive or walk.
Loved the quiet neighborhood. House well stocked, easy, convenient location. Having extra blankets, all the little things, well decorated, made this place so comfortable. Having easy check out instructions that aren’t overwhelming was nice. Thank you so much for a nice stay.
We enjoyed our first family trip to Rochester in large part due to this house and its location. Easy access to downtown as well as the suburbs. The bunk beds were great for my daughters. The attached garage was nice for me loading and unloading the car. We could hear the trains coming and going but it’s not obscenely loud and we are not used to hearing them. Host very reaponsive. Overall we would recommend and stay here again.
This house was perfect for me, my husband, and teenaged son. Every room is comfortable and everything is in working order. Very clean! The host was easy to work with. We will definitely be back!
We stay at this location to attend a wedding ceremony. The house was clean and clutter-free. My husband wanted to watch TV in the bedroom however it was not connected. That was the only negative thing.
We were in Rochester for a cousin reunion and could not all stay at my cousin's place in Rochester. 3 of us stayed at the place (we planned for 4, but my sister had to travel to her son's last minute). The house was very nice and very clean. We were close to Wegman's and other stores, which was nice. The beds were very comfortable.
This was a much needed respite at the end of a long vacation full of hotel stays. All of our kids slept comfortably and we had adequate space to all relax. The nice washer and dryer were a plus to come home with suitcases full of clean clothes.
We arrived to a house that hadn't been cleaned since the last family had stayed. Old bedding on all beds, dirty towels in tub, garbage in bathroom, old food in fridge/freezer, crumbs covering kitchen floor, etc. It took 3 calls before I could reach Noel. We waited for him to call the cleaner so she could come change do quick clean that night and come the next morning for more thorough cleaning. She ended up being at a lake and unable to come until the next day. I had this reservation for months. There is no excuse for not having the lady scheduled to clean before our arrival. Noel gave my husband the code to the closet with cleaning supplies. This meant my husband was supposed to clean the entire house/change all the bedding and linens. We found this out around 5:45 on our first night of vacation. We had traveled with two kids and it was a long day. We still had to eat, get kids bathed/ready for bed so they could go to bed on time. We had a wedding the next day and they needed to get a good night's sleep. On top of all this, my husband was expected to find time to clean the entire house. ON VACATION. Absolutely unacceptable. My husband, being the nice guy that he is, was willing to do this all. This was literally the only vacation he has/will be taking all year. I was not about to have him cleaning/changing all the bed linens on his vacation. After 9 calls to hotels, we were able to find one with availability. It was unbelievably expensive but at that point I was willing to spend the money if it meant we had a clean place to go with our kids. We thought we might go back to the house the next day after the cleaning person had come. Noel offered us a 50% refund. Seriously? After all the stress of starting to unload the car into a dirty house, loading everything back into the car and checking into a hotel with two little kids on our first night of vacation?? Then he said he would do the full refund. It wasn't a full refund and my husband had to message him again that he shorted us. Finally after 10pm we got the full refund. Needless to say this was beyond stressful and not how anyone should spend their first day of vacation. We ended up not going back to the house bc it didn't seem worth packing up all our stuff again and I lost all faith in a nice experience with this house. Had Noel offered us a refund immediately and tried to make it right in other ways I would feel completely differently.
We had a great stay! The house came with everything we needed, it was nice not having to bring sheets and towels. It even had had toys for my kids to play with, which they loved. Noel was very good at communicating and making sure he was available if we needed anything. We would stay again.
We went to a wedding across the street and the location was perfect. Owner was very quick to answer anything. Kitchen very well stocked!
Everything went seamlessly. Keyless check in was easy. Kitchen and bathrooms were very well appointed and clean. Home is recently renovated and and very nicely furnished. The location was perfect for our trip in a safe quiet neighborhood with easy access to museums, restaurants and Eastman School of music. NOel was a very helpful and attentive host! Thank you Noel for a wonderful stay in Rochester.
