Charming 3-bedroom house in delightful Fort Wayne with WiFi, AC

Neil is a wonderful host. Any questions we had he answered promptly. We loved the little cat door cut into the basement door (even though we have dogs - they used it to follow us downstairs - it was cute). The fenced in backyard was also a big plus for us as we were traveling with our fur babies. We even left a few items behind and Neil took time to go out of his way to mail them to our home for us. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

The house was lovely and close to all the things we needed. Everything was amazing.

Everything was good except the fact that there was opened food in the fridge and a very messy front room leading into the house.

Perfect location, close to everything. The house is a quaint historic property with comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, and everything you need for a relaxing stay.

We stayed as we were passing through to Michigan. The place was very clean and well kept on the inside, and looked as though some improvements were being made to the outside. Communication was prompt and concise. We had an 8 month old infant and a 2 year old toddler. Both were well accommodated here. The steps were steep, so not super toddler friendly, unless they do well with the steps. Everything else was great!

Had a great 2 nights stay with my friends for the Vera Bradley outlet sale. Good location for the event plus to get downtown for restaurants. Will stay again!

Great for a couple of days getaway to visit family. And we appreciated that we were able to bring our dog and that there is a fenced in backyard. Would definitely stay again if we needed to.

We will be relocating from Michigan to the Fort Wayne Area. We stayed here for our kids spring break. It was very close to all the things. The zoo, skyzone, restaurants, etc. The house was very clean and met all of our needs. The host, Neil, was very kind. He even brought over a dog bed for our pups.

The house was perfect for our little family reunion. Updated and clean in a convenient location. I would definitely book it again when we're in the area!

Nice place great rate

Neil was the perfect host! This home war so clean, had everything you needed, comfy beds, fenced large back yard, on property parking in a clean, safe and quit neighborhood. Central location close to everything. We differently will stay here again when returning to Fort Wayne. Our stay felt like home away from home.

Our stay was ideal! When our dogs are happy we’re happy. Juno and Chief thoroughly enjoyed the spacious, fenced-in backyard and my husband and I were thrilled with the house. Everything was super clean, neat and comfortable. We also appreciated the added touches…the cozy blankets in the living room, the assortment of new toiletries, regular AND decaf coffee as well as wide array of housewares and kitchen accessories. The place had everything we needed and more.

Our quick 2 night stay was great! The house is as pictured, has lots of character, and remodeled well. The backyard was a big plus for us bringing our dog with. Neighborhood was great and the house was a convenient drive to local coffee shops and restaurants. Few restaurants even within walking distance. Would recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Great place with great property manager! He was very nice and helpful and responded fast! Definitely recommend staying here, rooms and house was very nice, even had fresh fruit, very good experience overall.
