Property must be very new because there was only the bare essentials in this house. Kitchen came with just 4 big plates, 4 little plates, and the same for the bowls. Silverware were just throw into a drawer, no holder for them. Very few cooking utensils. Ok with pots but no bakeware so we had to go out and buy a baking pan. We chose to stay in Vrbo instead of a hotel to have the feeling of being home but this didn’t give us a feeling of being at home. Check-in was terrible because they screwed up and didn’t have us checking in until a day later than when we were actually supposed to be checking in. So we had to stay in a hotel for the night, that they only offered to cover 50 of hotel stay. Beds were comfortable but could be so much more comfortable with mattress topper. There was only a sheet set on the bed and a thin fleece blanket. No other blankets in the entire house. So that made it uncomfortable to sleep. Storm came through and the electrical panel was left open and fired the breaker so we had no power in the kitchen. This happened on Friday and when we left on Monday it still wasn’t fixed and no one ever came out to look at it. So we had no fridge, microwave, dishwasher or any of the outlets in kitchen. Location is a tease because this subdivision and an amazing pool area but we have no access to it since we don’t live there. That was very disappointing. The host was friendly and did pay us back for the first night but I would never stay there again.

This property looks fairly new as it was very clean. Some of the items like trash cans, utensils still had tags on them. The property owner was very prompt in responding to our questions or concerns. I had advised her earlier that there would be 4 adults. Due to the way she works with her cleaning people, they thought there were only 2. At first, we didn’t think we had enough towels. But, we made do. She needs to stock items better as we ran out of toilet paper in one bathroom. We couldn’t find any more. We appreciated to be able to use the garage. I had inquired about the coffee and it was a Keirug. However, we only had one pod left for the four of us. Luckily, we had brought extra just in case. Overall, everything was fine.

Location was close to family and places to shop and dine . Our only problem was thebshortage of towels. Other than that, it was fantastic.
