I would rate this about a 2 star hotel equivalent. You're renting this because you can walk to the north entrance to Indy. House has what you need to have a good time. Kitchen stuff, laundry, some parking for guests. This is a great spot I lieu of camping. Aircon couldn't keep up with the extreme heat of the summer, never got above 78 in the house but that poor guy ran hard. Bed was comfy, neighborhood was relatively quiet. Shower was a bit light on the water flow and it's just a 6 foot shower head so taller guys will be ducking under it. Would rent again for a race day with some buds. We're great in accommodating us getting there a bit early too. Thanks for the visit to Indy.

Very cute, just what you need 3 bedroom house. Very responsive host.Basic but nice for the price and location.
