Charming 3-bedroom 2-Bath house with WiFi and AC in lovely Landrum

The house was perfect. In a very nice area and a block and a half from downtown Landrum. It’s very obvious that the house had been completely remodeled very recently. Bruce did a very nice job on the remodel.

The house was very close to Landrum and not very far to nearby towns and attractions.The host was quick to answer any questions I had.The house and pics were exactly as described.

House was clean and well equipped. Convenient and close to downtown. Walk in shower as well as tub shower. Laundry very convenient. Host was quick to respond when I had questions. Everything was great when my family arrived. Hope this property is available next year during the holidays because I would definitely rent it again.

Sooo clean, well laid out floor plan, convenient to FENCE and Tryon, convenient door code for house entry, great laundry facilities, most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on in a rental.

Stayed for Thanksgiving holiday. Comy little house close to Landrum's downtown area. This is going to sound weird, but I love the lights in the living room!

Nice clean house. Quite neighborhood. Loved the fireplace. Cute town with restaurants and little shops on main street.

We enjoyed our visit to Landrum. The house was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if we visit the area again in the future.

Very nice little home in a great downtown location. We were able to walk downtown and see everything Landrum had to offer. Def would stay again.

We came over for the Earl Scruggs Blue Grass Festival. Home is located on a quiet street about a block off of downtown Landrum. Easy walk to downtown for a dinner at the Hare and Hound. It's a straight shot to the equestrian center( 11 miles) but about 20 minutes with the speed limits and twisting road. The house is spotless and would be a great home base to the State Parks and Recreation areas and surrounding venues. Would recommend Southern Manners for breakfast!

Wonderful experience. House was very clean, had everything we needed, close to town (walkable distance), and Bruce was fabulous!! Excellent communication and was very accommodating. Will be coming back.

The house has a great floorplan and was well maintained. It was conveniently located near downtown Landrum. The home was nicely decorated and has comfortable furniture.

We were given the wrong entry code, which was fixed relatively quickly. The property was clean and as pictured online. My only wish is that there was soap and shampoo for the showers - we didn't pack any and ended up having to use the hand soap from the counters. Also, the WIFI password should be displayed in the home. I WOULD stay here again, and recommend it to anyone that needs somewhere to stay in the area. It's close to downtown which has cute shops and good restaurants.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. It was very clean and pristine! Had everything we needed.we loved the area and being close to the downtown area with shops was amazing. It’s a cute home with a spacious feel. The communication with the host was the best I’ve ever had with home rentals he was very accommodating. Had a lovely time and will be returning again in the future!
