Charming 29 Bradley Beach, Dog Friendly, Short Walk to Beach, Fenced-in Yard, Newly Renovated

Very comfortable rental. It had everything we needed to go to the beach that was close by. Beds were great. Kitchen had everything you could need. Seating was excellent. We will be back!

Great stay, very close to beach access, everything was as described.

This property is not about being large, it is about being a wonderful and affordable place where you can be close to family and to the beach! We were able to enjoy our meals both inside and outside on the nice patio area. The only thing I would like to see is the outdoor grill and the beach umbrellas replaced. Both were broken. I was able to work around both and it didn't stop us from having a truly fantastic and memorable time!

We rented for two weeks. The Pros: 1) Wonderful fenced yard with privacy fence. Great for dogs! Pooper scooper & trash can in the yard were appreciated. 2) Close to the beach and bike trails. 3) Kitchen well stocked. Cons: 1) Tiny bathrooms, no counter space. Can't even set down the hair dryer or toiletries. Can't imagine staying here with 8 people. 2) Very small supply of basic amenities-. one extra kitchen garbage bag, 3 total dishwasher pods, 3 extra rolls of TP and two tiny shampoos for a two-week rental in a house that's supposed to be for 8 people. When I asked for additional, I was told to buy my own. I've never rented a VRBO that required me to bring my own trash bags and dishwashing supplies. I pushed back and they brought more, which we appreciated. 3) Outdoor furniture was nice to have but needs a good cleaning. 4) Road is pretty busy, no sidewalks, so you stand in someone's yard / driveway when cars pass while walking to the beach. 5) On our first full day, there was an inebriated person/domestic disturbance at the house next door. We had to call 911 and the person was taken away in handcuffs. Probably not the norm, but it happened. We wouldn't stay at this one again.

We had a great week — short walk to beach, fenced in yard for pets, clean and very well equipped house, comfortable beds and linens. We will definitely stay here when back on HHI

We enjoyed our stay. It was a very very quick drive or short walk to the beach, a nice house, & a quiet neighborhood. A home away from home.

We really enjoyed this beautiful home in HHI. It was very clean and comfortable. The game room and backyard are great areas! We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at 29 Bradley Beach! House was very clean. Convenient location. Close to movies, grocery stores and restaurants. We drove to the beach and walked the path. A bit long, but my 72 year old mother didn’t have any difficulty. Very nice that a mat is provided to get over the dunes. House was plenty of room for us 4, but may be tight for larger parties. Downstairs bonus area is “open air” and we were there during the hottest part of the summer, so unfortunately couldn’t use that space. Only complaint is the air conditioner is a bit loud in the main area when running. Has a nice size, fenced in yard that would be convenient if you have pets. Overall, a great little beach house!

The house was super clean and well stocked. We loved the location as the beach was literally an 8 min walk and grocery stores were within 10 mins. The host was very thoughtful about guest stay. We would definitely come back.

This property is well equipped for a beach vacation. Property provides everything a family would need for beach vacations. Kitchen well equipped. Many games to keep family members entertained.

Excellent place to stay if you’re traveling with a pet. Close to beach and minimal road traffic

Everthing went well, other than the access when we arrived. We met our 4:00pm obligation, but was not able to access property until 6:00pm. Ended up calling the golf cart store to help us reach owner. We had to modify our night plans.

The place is in a great location and they provide a lot of helpful things such as beach carts, chairs, coolers, games. The house itself is very small for more than about 4 or 5. The main room shares a very small bathroom with the kids room next door. Also the air conditioner is super loud and rooms remain quite warm. Overall a good place and we had a nice time. The game room area is actually “outdoors” and is hot! Would not return to this one tho.

Overall Clean - Great location - made walking to the beach easy and very accessible. Cabinets were labeled with all necessary items. Had beach chairs, wagons and shade covers. We did have to clean up after past dog clientele and sweep out spiders and their webs in the enclosed garage. Overall it was great for both the infant and the large dog for space to move about and play.
