I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice comfortable place to stay. Could use a few upgrades. Would consider coming back. Had an issue with a bedroom TV that the management company tried to fix right away and it worked for one day and then went out again. I appreciated their response even though it did not work long.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was the perfect size for us, our kids and grandkids. The location, at the foot of the mountain was beautiful. The home was in good condition. Access to the pool was very convenient, and the grands loved the big pool. We wished the patio had been a bit larger for outdoor eating, and it would have been convenient if the snack bar had been open during our stay. We will be back!

Reviewer Comments: If you're coming from a perpetual overcast climate, this is the place to be. This poolside townhome is in the rear part of a secured community with upscale accommodations. Perfect for 4-7 people for a quiet getaway.

Every room has its own bathroom, loved the private pool, the property manager was excellent and very responsive!! Will definitely stay again! ( I wish there was a pantry, but that was minor!)
