Stayed Mar 28, 2021An extended stay here was just what we wanted: simple and comfortable living. Perfect location for our needs. It's nicely decorated indoors and has mostly-private outdoor seating areas. We especially appreciated the king bed, the bathroom magnifying mirror, and cable TV - thank you! We loved walking the neighborhood, and even saw wildlife. The sort-of steep and tight driveway might be challenging for elderly renters. Note: We always sleep with ear plugs and a fan, so we weren't at all bothered by the nightly trains ...but light sleepers beware perhaps. Amy & Brooks are accessible and accommodating. Excellent owners - they actually wanted to provide more services than we wanted, and understood when we needed to decline intrusions. Husband and I both give our stay a 5.

Stayed Feb 25, 2021We absolutely loved staying at Magnolia Cottage! The house was so charming and the location was amazing. Amy and Brooks are fantastic hosts! We loved the place so much we wanted to extend for longer! We will definitely be back visiting this charming spot.

Stayed Dec 19, 2020Delightful renovated cottage and it’s owners as well as furnishings and supplies exceeded expectations. Our home away from home during the Christmas season was warm and convenient and met our every need. The home and completely fenced back yard was dog friendly as was the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 21, 2019This is a small house that is a block from the Brookhaven MARTA station. The second bedroom is small, but the house is otherwise perfect. Clean. Big fenced backyard. Owners are easy to contact.

Stayed Feb 13, 2019My second stay here was as good as the first. Pleasant cottage, fully equipped, charmingly decorated. Second bedroom is small, but good for kids. Five to ten minutes (depending on traffic) to Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza for shopping, and 5 minutes the other way to Peachtree St. restaurants and shops. Deep back yard great for dogs to run and play. Amy and Brook were very helpful and accomadating.

Stayed Mar 13, 2019The little house near Brookhaven MARTA station and Oglethorpe University was perfect for us. Good location, well-equipped and easy to live in. It was just what our small family and pet needed while visiting Atlanta.
