Charming 2-bedroom house with WiFi, AC in enchanting St. Petersburg near it all!

We arrived Friday evening, but the door code provided did not work. I contacted the host, who gave me another code, but that one also failed. We ended up using the front door key to gain access the rest of our stay. By Saturday around noon, the A/C stopped cooling. It eventually started working again around 5 p.m., but on Sunday it completely stopped working. I reached out to the host, who said someone would come by on Monday — unfortunately, that was the day we were leaving.I also mentioned how uncomfortable and hot the house was, but I never received any response regarding a possible credit or resolution for the inconvenience.FYI-Take your own dishwashing soap and sponges, because none were provided.

Great property

We were in Saint Pete for our daughter’s open heart surgery as you can imagine. It was a very difficult time. However, our stay was amazing. The host is very tentative. If you have any questions, they will respond to you immediately. The house was as described and very cozy. Our toddler was able to run around in a big yard. She thought we were just on a regular vacation. We needed some type of normalcy for our situation so this state was perfect. Gave us a sense of Home away from Hone.. Thank you so much for all your hospitality during a challenging time in our lives. We are so grateful. Wil definitely book again. We highly recommend!

The stay wasn’t bad. Place was clean and we had no issues but the listing stated that there was a washer and dryer but actually there was not. We usually wash what we have before we leave, it’s just something we’re used to doing, but in this case we were let down.
