Stayed Feb 11, 2026Yes, condition of house was above average. AC worked great to keep cool. All Nice appliances except aged dishwasher. Nice location central to beaches and downtown st pete.

Stayed Nov 21, 2025Lovely property! It has lots of charm- the living space and the back patio are super cute! Wish I brought firewood, the patio has a fire pit. Plenty of space for your luggage in the bedrooms and very comfy beds! I would definitely stay here again!
