Stayed Oct 5, 2024We worked at an outdoor festival it was a long day and we looked forward to a comfortable stay. We were impressed with how clean and quiet and decorated lovely our stay was. Would definitely look for another stay when we do this festival again.

Stayed Jun 10, 2024I was a little concerned at first about road noise because of the proximity to a major street and shopping area but that turned out to be a non-issue. The place was quiet. My only criticism (very minor) is that the stairs to the basement (to get to the washer and dryer) were steep with no real handrail. But it wasn't a major concern. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful. We would definately consider this VRBO in the future.

Stayed May 25, 2024We stayed here after a long day at Lake Compounce, it was a short drive, it had a number of restaurants near by and we found Rich Farm within 10 minutes. Like one of the other reviews pointed out, there were other cars in the driveway when we got there, but still plenty of room to park. We had a small issue which the host was able to resolve in under an hour. The house worked great for us.
