Furnished kitchen with built-in dining nook. There is a yard on the side of the home through which there is access to the laundry which is shared with the 1 bedroom house next door.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024We came to stay for 2 nights as we toured the nearby caverns. The house met our needs very well. It is a cute well-decorated older home in a not so pretty neighborhood but that didn’t necessarily detract from our stay. I’ll say the wifi details were different than the list but was easily resolved. Also, there are cats that live under the house apparently as I could smell their distinctive markings and we heard several fight the first night.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024Great experience! Carlsbad neighborhoods are not picturesque, however it was in a nice quiet neighborhood and was quite comfortable. The house is quite small and designed for only one family. It appears to have been built during the 1940s or 50s, if not earlier. However, it served our needs very well! Just be aware it is an older home and small.

Stayed Apr 19, 2024It was close enough to everything in town. Simple and sweet. Everything we needed for a Cavern Adventure as a family. The host was quick to respond with any and all questions amd the twin beds were so comfortable. I would stay here again.

Stayed Oct 10, 2023This is charming little home with all you need for a stay in Carlsbad. It has been revamped but it is obviously an older home with smaller living spaces. The neighborhood appears to be in a transition process but we had no problems of any kind. It was a great place to stay for the night while we visited the caverns.

Stayed Jun 8, 2023Our stay was great! We had a little delay getting entry, however the host was quick to resolve the issue and made sure we got in. She even reached out during our stay to make sure we knew about a festival that was taking place. Over all our experience was wonderful!

Stayed Jun 4, 2023The house itself was cozy and cute. The amenities were acceptable. The bathroom and the neighborhood of the house itself were the biggest drawbacks.
