This beloved family home has been in our family for five generations, built by my great-grandfather. Nestled in a peaceful, quiet setting on a large property with a stream running by, it’s perfectly located just minutes from everything Asheville has to offer — including 4 miles to downtown, 4 miles to West Asheville, and 2.5 miles to the River Arts District.

Enjoy plenty of space in the house and on the property to spread out, relax, and feel at home. Step out onto the deckfor morning coffee, unwind with outdoor dining, or take a blanket outside at night and enjoy the stars.
